How far in advance should I book?+
For large installations (arches, backdrops, themed setups), we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance — especially on weekends. For bouquets and smaller pieces, 3–5 days is usually enough. That said, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
How much does it cost?+
It depends on the size and complexity of the design. Bouquets start at $100. Garlands and arches typically start around $150–$180. Full installations start around $280 and go up depending on the scope. Send us an inquiry with your idea and we'll give you a price estimate for free.
Do you deliver balloon bouquets?+
Yes! We deliver in Smyrna and surrounding areas, and throughout metro Atlanta (inside and around I-285). Delivery fees depend on distance and traffic — message us for a quick quote.
Can I customize colors and theme?+
Absolutely — every design is customizable. Send us your color palette, theme, or a few reference photos and we'll design something that fits your vision.
Do you set up and take down the decorations?+
Yes, for full installations we arrive before your event to set everything up and return at the end to remove it. You don't need to handle anything.
How long do balloons last?+
We use high-quality latex and foil balloons. Indoors, most decorations last 1–3 days easily. Bouquets can hold their shape for 3–5 days with proper care. Outdoors, heat and sun will shorten the life — we'll advise you based on your setup.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy?+
We require a $50 deposit to reserve your date. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 3 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days may not be refundable depending on materials already purchased.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Smyrna, GA (near I-285/I-75) and serve the greater metro Atlanta area. Contact us with your location and we'll confirm availability.
Can I pick up bouquets instead of having them delivered?+
Yes! Pickup is available at our Smyrna location. Most customers pick up 1–2 days before their event without any issues. Bouquets fit in most SUVs or large sedans with back seats folded.
